All Natural stone and concrete surfaces are porous materials.  Over time, wear and tear can leave your stone surfaces stained.  Items such as marinades, grease, dirt and oil, can cause discoloration and stains in natural stone and concrete.  If left untreated or without the proper care, these stains can be difficult to remove and the loss of luster can be difficult to restore.

TL Custom Countertops is dedicated to preserving the integrity and longevity of your natural stone and concrete surfaces.  The TL Seal is the only permanent sealing, even on the hardest to seal aggregate surfaces.  We offer the ability to deep clean and disinfect stone surfaces for food preparation and sterile environments.  The TL Seal comes with a 15 year written performance warranty from staining. 

The TL Seal uses advanced sealing technology to seal aggregate surfaces.  The seal formed is permanent.  Nothing can break the seal including ultraviolet light, the harshest of chemicals or steam cleaning.  The seal will NEVER need to be reapplied. The Seal does not change the stone’s appearance. 

Seal against water, Oil and Salt

Lowering the surface tension of stone and concrete makes these aggregate surfaces “Unattractive” to water and oil.  These liquids will not penetrate the surface allowing them to be easily washed clean.  Because water cannot penetrate, “freeze-thaw” pitting is reduced.  Graffiti can also be easily removed.  It will stop or prevent unsightly efflorescence (chalky powder) in brick or black.  Additionally, salt ions are not able to penetrate the surface allowing you to safely use “ice melt” in cold climates during winter months.

Use Any Cleaner

The seal will make cleaning and maintenance much easier.  In fact, ANY CLEANSER can be safely used without affecting the seal.  The ability to use any cleanser allows you the freedom to use bleach or alcohol as an anti-bacterial agent on your stone countertops.  NOTE:  Acidic or abrasive cleansers may etch or scratch the stone, though they will not affect the seal.

Written Performance Warranty

The TL Seal comes with the only WRITTEN 15 year performance warranty.  This performance warranty maintains that any aggregate surface will remain hydrophobic (water) and oleophobic (oil,)  or in other words, completely stain free when applied by TL Custom’s trained applicator.
